Definition:

<ADDRESS> ... <ADDRESS> defines a section of an HTML document where contact information such as author's name, e-mail address, signature files, snail mail address, and even phone number. The <ADDRESS> section must be inside the <BODY> tags but can occur at the top or bottom of the document. It is standard practice to place the <ADDRESS> section as the last item inside the <BODY> tags.
